Mouse Adenosine receptor A2a (Adora2a) ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit enables precise quantification of mouse Adenosine receptor A2a (Adora2a) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The colorimetric assay is reactive with mouse samples and is specific for natural and recombinant mouse Adenosine receptor A2a. ADORA2A is a key receptor involved in regulating inflammation, immune response and neurotransmission, with dysregulation implicated in neurodegenerative disorders, autoimmune diseases and cancer.

Performance specifications include a detection range of 0.469-30ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.156ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 8.3% and inter-assay CV is 10.4%. Recovery is reported as 102% (range 96-108%) for serum and 104% (range 98-110%) for plasma. Linearity across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 covers serum (85-94% to 89-98%), EDTA plasma (90-99% to 103-113%) and heparin plasma (81-91% to 107-117%).

The receptor is a multi-pass membrane protein located at the cell membrane, with activity mediated by G proteins that activate adenylyl cyclase. The kit is supplied for research use only.
