Mouse Adenosine A2b Receptor (ADORA2b) ELISA Kit

This colorimetric immunoassay from Assay Genie is purpose-built to quantify mouse Adenosine A2b Receptor (ADORA2B) levels in tissue homogenates and cell lysates, giving researchers a quantitative readout for studying adenosine receptor signaling in murine models. ADORA2B is a G-protein coupled receptor broadly expressed in immune cells, vasculature, and epithelial tissue, where it modulates cAMP accumulation in response to extracellular adenosine and contributes to hypoxia adaptation, inflammatory tone, and tissue remodeling pathways.
