Mouse Adenomatous polyposis coli protein (Apc) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of mouse Adenomatous polyposis coli protein (Apc). The kit supports research into APC, a tumor suppressor involved in the Wnt signaling pathway, with applications relevant to cancer research, including colorectal cancer.

Reactive with mouse samples, the assay is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids, and detects both natural and recombinant mouse APC. Reported performance includes a detection range of 0.312-20ng/ml, a sensitivity of 0.166ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 6.8%, and an inter-assay CV of 9.3%.

Linearity across dilutions (1:2, 1:4, 1:8, 1:16) is reported for serum (111-121%, 95-104%, 101-111%, 109-119%), EDTA plasma (95-103%, 90-100%, 100-100%, 106-117%), and heparin plasma (100-110%, 86-94%, 88-98%, 106-116%). Average recovery is 93% (range 87-99%) for serum and 95% (range 89-101%) for plasma. The kit is shipped at +4°C and stored at -20°C, and is intended for research use only.
