Mouse ADAM28 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie, configured in a double-antibody format, is designed for the precise quantification of ADAM28 in mouse samples including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

ADAM28 belongs to the ADAM (A Disintegrin and Metalloproteinase) family of proteins and participates in cell adhesion, migration, and proteolysis. The protein has been implicated in cancer metastasis, inflammation, and immune responses, positioning it as a potential biomarker for research into these conditions and for the development of targeted therapies.

The Mouse ADAM28 ELISA Kit achieves a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and operates across a working range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Linearity has been confirmed at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions: serum (n=5) returns 85-102%, 82-98% and 83-98%; EDTA plasma (n=5) returns 87-104%, 87-101% and 83-97%; heparin plasma (n=5) returns 90-104%, 87-99% and 90-98%. Spike-and-recovery testing in serum (n=5) yielded a range of 85-102% with a 93% average; EDTA plasma (n=5) gave 88-105% with a 93% average; and heparin plasma (n=5) gave 90-95% with a 93% average. Unopened kit components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
