Mouse Activin A ELISA Kit

Built on a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, the kit supports research on a regulator involved in cell growth, differentiation and immune response, with dysregulation linked to cancer, inflammatory disorders and reproductive abnormalities.

Reported performance includes a sensitivity of 9.4 pg/mL and an assay range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Linearity (n=5) for serum spans 86–100%, 86–98% and 89–99% at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions respectively; EDTA plasma 90–96%, 89–95% and 85–99%; heparin plasma 89–101%, 91–100% and 86–99%. Recovery averages 95% for serum, 95% for EDTA plasma and 94% for heparin plasma, with corresponding ranges of 86–104%, 87–103% and 87–99%. The kit is supplied for storage at 2–8°C for 12 months.
