Mouse ACTH ELISA Kit

This competitive ELISA from Assay Genie provides a highly sensitive and specific assay for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse ACTH (Adrenocorticotropic Hormone) concentrations in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids. It is intended for research in endocrinology and neuroscience, where ACTH serves as a valuable biomarker relevant to conditions such as Cushing's syndrome and Addison's disease.

The colorimetric detection reports a sensitivity of 7.5 pg/ml and a detection range of 12.5-800 pg/ml. Recovery rates were 87-94% (average 90%) in serum, 86-105% (average 97%) in EDTA plasma, and 85-105% (average 94%) in UFH plasma. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions was demonstrated in serum (88-105%, 89-98%, 89-101%), EDTA plasma (85-100%, 86-100%, 89-100%), and UFH plasma (81-100%, 83-96%, 84-95%). Intra-assay CV is <8% and inter-assay CV is <10%. The kit is for Research Use Only and should be stored at 4°C for 6 months.
