Mouse ACCPA/anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative determination of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies in mouse samples. The kit supports research on autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, where anti-CCP antibodies serve as important biomarkers for early diagnosis, prognosis, and monitoring of treatment response.

The assay covers a detection range of 1.563–100 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.938 ng/mL. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reagents should be stored sealed at 2–8°C and should not be cryopreserved.

Validated recovery rates fall within 85–94% for serum (average 90%), 88–98% for EDTA plasma (average 93%), and 86–104% for heparin plasma (average 95%). Linearity across 1:2 to 1:8 dilutions ranges from 80–105% across the same matrices. Detection uses a biotin-labeled antigen and HRP-streptavidin system with TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm.
