Mouse ACA-IgG (Anti-Cardiolipin IgG) ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of Mouse anti-cardiolipin IgG (ACA-IgG) antibody concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Anti-cardiolipin IgG antibodies are associated with autoimmune disorders such as systemic lupus erythematosus and antiphospholipid syndrome, and their detection supports research into the underlying pathology and progression of these conditions. The assay is intended for research use only and uses a colorimetric readout.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 1.875 ng/ml and a working range of 3.125–200 ng/ml. Precision is stated as intra-assay CV <8% and inter-assay CV <10%. Spike-and-recovery testing in three matrices yielded average recoveries of 94% in serum (range 85–103%), 92% in EDTA plasma (range 85–97%) and 93% in UFH plasma (range 85–101%). The kit should be stored at 4°C for 6 months, and absorbance is read at 450 nm.
