Mouse ACA-IgA (Anti-Cardiolipin IgA) ELISA Kit

Designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of anti-cardiolipin IgA (ACA-IgA) in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants, this solid-phase immunoassay from Assay Genie is intended for research use only. Anti-cardiolipin IgA antibodies are associated with autoimmune disorders such as lupus and antiphospholipid syndrome, providing a useful biomarker for studying disease mechanisms and potential therapies in mouse models.

The kit uses a Sandwich ELISA format with a reported sensitivity of 0.188ng/ml and an assay range of 0.313-20ng/ml. The colourimetric detection method produces results read at 450 nm.

Manufacturer performance data show matrix recovery of 88-105% (average 99%) in serum, 89-99% (average 95%) in EDTA plasma, and 85-98% (average 92%) in UFH plasma. Linearity was demonstrated by serial dilution of spiked samples across serum, EDTA plasma, and UFH plasma matrices. Precision is reported as intra-assay CV <8% and inter-assay CV <10%. Kit components are stored at 4°C for 6 months and should be protected from light where indicated.
