Mouse Abcc3/MRP3 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody kit for the quantitative measurement of mouse ABCC3 (MRP3), also known as Abcc3, Cmoat2, and Mrp3 — a member of the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporter superfamily. The kit is intended for research applications in the area of signal transduction, providing colorimetric detection across serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. ABCC3 (MRP3) plays a vital role in the transport of various molecules across cell membranes and is involved in the efflux of endogenous and exogenous substances, making it relevant to studies of drug metabolism, detoxification, cellular homeostasis, drug resistance in cancer, liver disease, and inflammatory conditions.

The assay provides a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a working range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL. Validated linearity in serum spans 88-100% at 1:2 dilution, 88-104% at 1:4, and 88-103% at 1:8; EDTA plasma shows 83-99%, 84-96%, and 84-92% across the same dilutions; and heparin plasma shows 80-98%, 82-97%, and 82-92%. Recovery is 86-105% (average 91%) in serum, 91-103% (average 96%) in EDTA plasma, and 90-103% (average 99%) in heparin plasma. Storage is at 2-8°C for 12 months, and detection proceeds via biotin-labeled antibody binding, HRP-streptavidin interaction, and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm.
