Mouse 72 kDa type IV collagenase (Mmp2) ELISA Kit

The kit is reactive with mouse samples and validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, detecting both natural and recombinant MMP2. MMP2 is a key enzyme involved in the breakdown of type IV collagen, a crucial component of the extracellular matrix, and plays a vital role in tissue remodeling, wound healing, and metastasis, making it a relevant target in research areas such as cancer.
