Mouse 60 kDa heat shock protein, mitochondrial (Hspd1) ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse 60 kDa heat shock protein, mitochondrial (Hspd1) in mouse samples. The assay detects HSPD1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. HSPD1, also known as heat shock protein 60 (Hsp60), is a mitochondrial chaperone protein that plays a critical role in protein folding, transport, and mitochondrial function, and its dysregulation has been linked to neurodegenerative disorders, cardiovascular diseases, and cancer, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions.

The kit has a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 4.8% and inter-assay CV is 7.0%. Linearity has been validated in serum (98-108% at 1:2, 95-108% at 1:4, 89-99% at 1:8, 99-107% at 1:16), EDTA plasma (108-118% at 1:2, 111-119% at 1:4, 92-102% at 1:8, 102-112% at 1:16), and heparin plasma (99-112% at 1:2, 107-117% at 1:4, 108-116% at 1:8, 110-120% at 1:16). Recovery averages 101% for serum (range 95-107%) and 103% for plasma (range 97-109%).
