Mouse 6-phosphofructokinase, liver type (Pfkl) ELISA Kit

A high quality Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie, this kit enables accurate detection of mouse 6-phosphofructokinase liver type (PFKL) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. PFKL is a key enzyme in glycolysis, predominantly expressed in the liver, with dysregulation linked to metabolic diseases such as diabetes and metabolic syndrome.

The assay has a sensitivity of 15.65pg/mL and a detection range of 31.2-2000pg/mL, with an intra-assay CV of 8.4% and inter-assay CV of 10.2%. Linearity has been demonstrated in serum (104-114%, 99-108%, 84-94%, 94-106% at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, 1:16), EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, with serum recovery averaging 89% (range 83-95%) and plasma recovery averaging 91% (range 85-97%). Specific for natural and recombinant mouse PFKL, the kit supports research into metabolism and related physiological and pathological processes, and is for research use only.
