Mouse 5'-nucleotidase (Nt5e) ELISA Kit

This sandwich-format immunoassay from Assay Genie is designed for the accurate and sensitive detection of mouse 5'-nucleotidase (NT5E), also referred to as CD73, ecto-5'-nucleotidase, 5'-NT, Nt5 or Nte. NT5E is a GPI-anchored, homodimeric, cell-membrane enzyme that hydrolyses extracellular nucleotides into membrane-permeable nucleosides and plays a role in purine metabolism and immune regulation, with relevance to inflammation, cancer and autoimmune disease research.

The kit is intended for use with mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and shows specificity for natural and recombinant mouse 5'-nucleotidase (UniProt Q61503). Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 78–5000 pg/mL, a sensitivity of 41.3 pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 7.1% and an inter-assay CV of 10.8%. Dilution linearity and recovery data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples, and the cardiovascular research area is highlighted. Detection is colorimetric and the kit is for research use only.
