NT5E, also known as ecto-5'-nucleotidase or CD73, is a GPI-anchored cell-surface enzyme that converts extracellular AMP into adenosine, a signaling molecule with roles in immune regulation, tissue homeostasis, and tumor microenvironment biology. The Assay Genie Mouse NT5E ELISA Kit provides a quantitative colorimetric readout built to measure mouse NT5E protein levels across a broad panel of biological specimens, supporting research into purinergic signaling, lymphocyte activation, cancer immunology, and ischemic tissue response.

The kit is supplied as a complete package of pre-coated microplate strips, standards, detection reagents, buffers, and substrate, formatted for 96 assays. It is reactive specifically with mouse samples and has been validated for use with serum, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants, giving investigators flexibility to study NT5E expression in plasma-derived fractions as well as in primary cell and tissue lysate preparations. Each run delivers a standard curve alongside the unknown samples, allowing direct interpolation of NT5E concentration in picogram-per-milliliter quantities.

Researchers working on CD73-targeted therapeutics, adenosine receptor crosstalk, or immune checkpoint biology will find this ELISA kit useful as a routine readout in mouse model studies, including knockout vs. wild-type comparisons, treatment time-course experiments, and tissue-specific expression surveys. Store kit components refrigerated until first use, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of the reconstituted standards and detection antibody to preserve assay performance.
