Mouse 2-oxoglutarate dehydrogenase, mitochondrial (Ogdh) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of 2-oxoglutarate dehydrogenase, mitochondrial (OGDH) in mouse samples. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids. The colorimetric assay is specific for natural and recombinant mouse OGDH, with a detection range of 0.78-50ng/mL and a reported sensitivity of 0.401ng/mL. Intra-assay precision is 4.5% CV and inter-assay precision is 8.8% CV.

OGDH is a key enzyme in the 2-oxoglutarate dehydrogenase complex, which catalyzes the overall conversion of 2-oxoglutarate to succinyl-CoA and CO2 within the mitochondrion matrix. Dysregulation of OGDH has been linked to metabolic disorders, neurodegenerative diseases, and cancer, making it a useful biomarker for cardiovascular research.
