Monkey VWF (Von Willebrand Factor) ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA (Double Antibody) kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of Von Willebrand Factor (VWF) in monkey samples. VWF is a key protein involved in blood clotting and platelet adhesion, making it a critical biomarker in research on cardiovascular and bleeding disorders in primate models.

The assay has a sensitivity of 0.938 ng/mL and an analytical range of 1.563-100 ng/mL (2500ng=1U). It accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit is supplied with a lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate and the buffers required for a sandwich ELISA workflow, and should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Validated linearity and recovery performance has been established across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma matrices: at 1:2 dilution, serum linearity is 89-98%, EDTA plasma 87-102% and heparin plasma 87-105%, with corresponding recovery averages of 95%, 98% and 99%. The procedure follows a standard sandwich ELISA workflow with TMB color development and absorbance reading at 450 nm.
