Monkey VEGFR1/Flt1 (Vascuoar Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 1) ELISA Kit (MKES00004)

This Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie quantitatively measures Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 1 (VEGFR1/Flt1) levels in monkey serum, plasma, and other biological fluids using a 96-well microplate with colorimetric detection.

VEGFR1 (Flt1) is a receptor tyrosine kinase that binds VEGF-A, VEGF-B, and placental growth factor (PlGF), with established roles in angiogenesis, endothelial cell maintenance, and inflammatory signaling. Circulating VEGFR1 serves as a quantitative biomarker in cardiovascular studies, oncology research, toxicology screens, and non-human primate models of preeclampsia and vascular dysfunction.

Each kit provides a pre-coated 96-well plate, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant VEGFR1 standards, and assay buffers for 96 determinations. A 100 uL sample volume is loaded per well during the assay procedure. Unopened kit components should be refrigerated; reconstituted standards are aliquoted and frozen to limit freeze-thaw cycles and preserve activity across multiple experiments.

Validated for cynomolgus and rhesus macaque matrices with no significant cross-reactivity against related receptor tyrosine kinases, this Assay Genie kit supports research use only investigations of angiogenic pathways in non-human primate preclinical programs.
