From Assay Genie, this ELISA plate kit enables quantitative measurement of thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP), an epithelial-derived alarmin cytokine that promotes Th2-skewed immune responses in non-human primate models. The microplate-based workflow supplies all reagents, calibrators, and assay buffers required for TSLP detection across serum samples and plasma specimens along with tissue-culture supernatant samples collected from macaque or cynomolgus monkey research subjects.

The assay delivers a colorimetric read-out via TMB substrate conversion, generating quantitative cytokine concentrations across a dynamic detection range of 31.25 to 2000 pg/mL. Each plate contains pre-coated capture antibody, biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, recombinant TSLP standard, and complete wash and dilution buffers.
