Monkey Tissue Inhibitors Of Metalloproteinase 3 (TIMP3) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie TIMP3 kit enables quantitative measurement of tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 3 in non-human primate specimens, supporting investigations of extracellular matrix remodeling, angiogenesis regulation, and inflammatory signaling. TIMP3 is unique among TIMP family members in that it anchors directly to the extracellular matrix, where it restrains the activity of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), ADAMs, and ADAMTS proteases. Investigators studying retinal degeneration, tumor microenvironment biology, fibrotic disease, and vascular pathology in monkey models will find this reagent informative. The microplate is pre-coated with capture antibody, and the kit format includes recombinant standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop reagent.
