Monkey sTNF RI/TNFRSF1A ELISA Kit

A solid-phase sandwich immunoassay from Assay Genie, configured as a double-antibody ELISA, is designed for the accurate detection of soluble TNF receptor-I (TNFRSF1A) in monkey samples. The kit supports research into inflammation, immune response, and cell survival, given that TNFRSF1A is a critical regulator of TNF-alpha signaling and its dysregulation is associated with autoimmune disorders, inflammatory diseases, and cancer.

The assay is calibrated across a range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL with a reported sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL, and uses a colorimetric readout. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with the kit stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. Linearity has been established for serum (86-104% at 1:2; 90-105% at 1:4; 85-102% at 1:8), EDTA plasma (84-99% / 84-98% / 83-98%), and heparin plasma (84-100% / 82-91% / 81-85%), while recovery averages are 97% for serum, 95% for EDTA plasma, and 97% for heparin plasma (n=5 each).

The procedure follows six steps: reagent and plate preparation, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotinylated detection antibody incubation for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB color development for 10–20 minutes in the dark, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution.
