Monkey sICAM-1/Soluble Intercellular Adhesion Molecule-1 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of sICAM-1 (Soluble Intercellular Adhesion Molecule-1) in monkey serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. It uses a colorimetric detection method based on a double-antibody sandwich format.

The assay has a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL and a standard range of 0.781–50 ng/mL. In validation studies, linearity across serial dilutions of 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 was as follows: serum (n=5) 86–103%, 86–104%, 96–104%; EDTA plasma (n=5) 83–99%, 85–96%, 83–92%; heparin plasma (n=5) 80–99%, 88–97%, 86–100%. Spike-and-recovery averaged 97% for serum (range 88–101%), 95% for EDTA plasma (range 85–101%) and 94% for heparin plasma (range 86–103%).
