L-Selectin (CD62L) is a leukocyte adhesion molecule whose shedding from the cell surface is a well-characterized marker of neutrophil and lymphocyte activation. This non-human primate immunoassay kit from Assay Genie provides a quantitative microplate-based method for measuring soluble L-Selectin levels in research samples from cynomolgus and rhesus macaques, two species widely used in infectious disease, vaccine, and transplant immunology research.

The 96-assay format supports longitudinal and multi-condition study designs where multiple time points, dose groups, or treatment arms need to be compared on a single plate.
