Monkey SAA/Serum Amyloid A ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Monkey SAA/Serum Amyloid A ELISA Kit is a Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody assay designed for the precise measurement of serum amyloid A levels in monkey samples. Reported linearity in serum is 86-104% at 1:2, 84-93% at 1:4, and 93-99% at 1:8; EDTA plasma 80-102%, 86-101%, and 81-100%; and heparin plasma 83-103%, 84-101%, and 92-100%. Recovery averages are 91% for serum (range 80-100%), 88% for EDTA plasma (range 82-98%), and 92% for heparin plasma (range 86-99%).
