Monkey S100A6 ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative measurement of S100A6 in monkey samples, this Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie uses a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection. The assay has a range of 62.5-4000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 37.5 pg/mL. Recovery was demonstrated at 89-104% for serum (average 96%), 86-103% for EDTA plasma (average 96%), and 87-101% for heparin plasma (average 95%). Linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions spanned 80-105% across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples. S100A6 is a calcium-binding protein involved in cellular signalling and is associated with diseases including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, supporting research into disease mechanisms and potential therapeutic interventions.
