Monkey Resistin ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of resistin in monkey samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, and is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported performance characteristics include linearity and recovery across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. EDTA plasma (n=5) shows linearity of 82-95%, 82-99% and 84-95%, with a recovery range of 90-102% and an average of 97%. The protocol follows a standard sandwich workflow: equilibrate reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, then load standards, samples and controls on the pre-coated plate and incubate at 37°C for 90 minutes. Add biotin-labelled detection antibody and incubate for 60 minutes, then add HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) and incubate for 30 minutes. Develop with TMB substrate in the dark for 10-20 minutes, stop the reaction and read absorbance at 450 nm.
