Monkey PDGF-BB (Platelet Derived Growth Factor-BB) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is configured as a double-antibody assay for the quantitative detection of PDGF-BB (Platelet Derived Growth Factor-BB) in monkey samples. The assay has a stated sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a working range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and the kit is intended for storage at 2-8°C for 12 months.

The procedure uses a pre-coated plate and TMB substrate. Standards, samples and blanks are incubated at 37°C for 90 minutes, followed by a biotin-labelled detection antibody at 37°C for 60 minutes, then HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) at 37°C for 30 minutes. TMB is added and developed in the dark for 10-20 minutes; the reaction is stopped and absorbance is read at 450 nm.

Reported linearity for serum (n=5) across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is 91-105%, 91-102% and 85-104%; for EDTA plasma (n=5) 82-99%, 82-101% and 83-96%; and for heparin plasma (n=5) 87-97%, 84-93% and 81-95%. Spike-recovery ranges are 85-100% for serum (average 91%), 86-100% for EDTA plasma (average 92%) and 85-101% for heparin plasma (average 91%).
