Monkey NGF/Nerve Growth Factor ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Monkey NGF/Nerve Growth Factor ELISA Kit is a Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody assay designed to quantitatively measure NGF (Nerve Growth Factor) levels in monkey samples. The colorimetric kit is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a standard range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL.

NGF is a key protein involved in the growth, maintenance, and survival of nerve cells, with critical roles in neurodevelopment, injury repair, and neurodegenerative diseases. The kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, with validated linearity and recovery data. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions is 85-105% for serum, 82-101% for EDTA plasma, and 80-99% for heparin plasma. Recovery ranges are 86-97% (average 91%) for serum, 91-98% (average 94%) for EDTA plasma, and 88-100% (average 94%) for heparin plasma. The kit should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
