Description
This colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed to measure Monkey MCSF (Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor 1) in serum, blood, plasma, cell culture supernatant, other related supernatants and tissues. It is intended for research use only.
The assay uses wells pre-coated with a target-specific antibody, followed by a biotinylated detection antibody and avidin-HRP conjugate. Optical density is proportional to the target concentration, allowing concentrations to be calculated from a standard curve. The stated sensitivity is 18.75 pg/mL and the detection range is 31.25-2000 pg/mL; no significant cross-reactivity or interference with analogues was observed.
