Monkey Interleukin 1 Receptor Type II (IL-1R2) ELISA Kit

This research-use-only kit from Assay Genie provides an absorbance-based microplate immunoassay for quantifying Interleukin 1 Receptor Type II (IL-1R2) in non-human primate samples. Capture antibodies are pre-immobilized on the plate to selectively bind IL-1R2 from serum and related sample matrices.

Each kit supplies sufficient reagents for ninety-six reactions, including a pre-coated microplate, detection antibody, recombinant IL-1R2 standards, and assay buffers. After sample addition and incubation, a detection reagent is applied; the resulting absorbance is read on a standard plate reader. Quantification is achieved against a standard curve generated from the calibrators provided with the kit.
