Each kit is supplied as a complete research-use package containing a pre-coated microplate, matched antibody reagents, calibrated standards, wash buffer, and chromogenic substrate in individual vials. The reaction is read on a standard plate reader at the wavelength specified in the protocol insert, and concentrations in unknown specimens are interpolated from the supplied standard curve.
