Monkey IL-10 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Monkey IL-10 ELISA Kit is a colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich immunoassay designed for the quantitative measurement of interleukin-10 (IL-10) in monkey research samples. The assay detects IL-10 with a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL across a standard range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL, and it accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. IL-10 is a key anti-inflammatory cytokine, and abnormal levels have been linked in research to autoimmune conditions, allergy and infectious disease, making this kit a useful tool for studies of immune regulation and inflammation in non-human primate models.

All kit reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. The protocol involves primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin (SABC) binding for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution addition. Performance is supported by linearity data across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions — serum 84-99% / 83-99% / 84-97%, EDTA plasma 81-95% / 88-100% / 87-96%, and heparin plasma 94-105% / 87-101% / 82-100% — together with spike-and-recovery averages of 92% in serum, 96% in EDTA plasma, and 95% in heparin plasma.
