Monkey IFN-beta/Interferon Beta ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's sandwich ELISA kit is designed for accurate quantification of IFN-beta (Interferon Beta) in monkey samples, using a colorimetric double-antibody detection format. Reactivity is specific to monkey, and the assay accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types. The kit should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

The reported sensitivity is 9.375 pg/mL, with a working range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions has been validated as follows (n=5): serum 93–102%, 86–101%, 80–100%; EDTA plasma 86–104%, 83–94%, 84–99%; heparin plasma 87–98%, 85–97%, 81–100%. Spike-and-recovery across the same matrices averaged 98% (serum), 92% (EDTA plasma) and 93% (heparin plasma), with respective recovery ranges of 88–105%, 86–105% and 87–98%.
