The Assay Genie Granzyme B ELISA kit supports quantitative measurement of a key cytolytic effector molecule in non-human primate research. Granzyme B is a serine protease secreted by cytotoxic T lymphocytes and natural killer cells that initiates caspase-dependent apoptosis in target cells. Tracking this molecule is valuable in vaccine development studies, transplant immunology, viral and bacterial infection models, and tumor immunotherapy research.
