Monkey Galactosidase Beta (GLb) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of galactosidase beta (GLB) in primate-derived research specimens, supporting investigations into lysosomal catabolism, ganglioside processing, and disease models relevant to GM1-gangliosidosis and Morquio B syndrome. The workflow accommodates serum or plasma samples alongside tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants collected from non-human primate sources. Each kit is supplied as a complete reagent set, including pre-coated plate strips, detection antibody vials, lyophilized reference standard, chromogenic substrate, concentrated wash buffer, and stop solution. The colorimetric endpoint is read on a standard microplate reader, and the protocol generates a multi-point standard curve from which unknown sample concentrations are interpolated. Reagents equilibrate to room temperature before use, and the entire plate may be processed in a single run or split across smaller batches using removable strip wells.
