Monkey Factor Related Apoptosis Ligand (FASL) ELISA Kit

For apoptosis and immune-regulation research in non-human primate models, this Assay Genie ELISA kit quantifies soluble Fas Ligand (FASL/CD178), the TNF-family death ligand that engages the Fas (CD95) receptor to trigger caspase-dependent cell death. The assay is reactive with monkey FASL and accepts serum, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants, supporting studies of cytotoxic T-cell and NK-cell activity, hepatic injury, transplantation immunology, and viral-pathogenesis work such as SIV infection models.
