Monkey Apolipoprotein B/ApoB ELISA Kit

The assay procedure equilibrates reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature before standards, samples and blanks are loaded onto the pre-coated plate and incubated at 37°C for 90 minutes for antigen binding. A biotin-labeled detection antibody is then added and incubated at 37°C for 60 minutes, followed by HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) incubated at 37°C for 30 minutes. TMB substrate is added and incubated in the dark for 10–20 minutes, after which stop solution is added and absorbance read at 450 nm.
