Monkey Apolipoprotein A-I/APOA1 ELISA Kit

A high-quality double-antibody Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie, this kit is specially designed for the precise measurement of Apolipoprotein A-I (APOA1) levels in monkey samples. Because APOA1 is a key component of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) and plays a crucial role in lipid metabolism and cardiovascular health, abnormal levels have been linked to a variety of cardiovascular diseases, making it an important biomarker for monkey-model research into these conditions and into lipid metabolism.

The assay reports a sensitivity of 0.938 ng/mL with a working range of 1.563-100 ng/mL and is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Spiked recovery values are listed for serum (90-101%, average 95%), EDTA plasma (88-103%, average 94%) and heparin plasma (86-103%, average 93%), with corresponding 1:2 linearity ranges of 87-101%, 83-98% and 85-94% respectively. Absorbance is read at 450 nm after TMB colour development, and the kit should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
