Monkey Alpha-2 Macroglobulin/alpha2-M ELISA Kit

Suitable for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types, the kit delivers a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL and a working range of 0.781-50 ng/mL. Linearity has been demonstrated in serum (n=5) at 86-99%, 80-94%, and 81-100% for 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions respectively, with EDTA plasma at 86-93%, 90-100%, and 85-100%, and heparin plasma at 83-97%, 85-99%, and 87-91%. Sample recovery falls within 92-103% for serum, 91-105% for EDTA plasma, and 89-100% for heparin plasma, with a 95% average across all matrices. Components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
