MOBKL2B Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA

From Assay Genie, this colorimetric cell-based ELISA kit is designed to detect MOBKL2B levels in cell lysates and culture supernatants. The assay provides sensitive, high-throughput detection in an indirect ELISA format, in which MOBKL2B-specific primary antibodies are captured and visualised using HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that catalyse a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition.

Reactive with human and mouse samples, including adherent cells, the kit uses colorimetric measurement at 450 nm with a dynamic range of > 5000 cells. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control, and the Crystal Violet whole-cell staining method can be used to determine cell density, allowing absorbance values to be normalised to cell number.

Researchers can use the kit to monitor MOBKL2B expression in cultured cells, screen the effects of treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators, and study the role of MOBKL2B in cell cycle progression, cell proliferation, and related signal transduction pathways. The kit is intended for use in areas such as cancer biology, cell signalling, and drug discovery. Storage is at 4°C for 6 months.
