MNK1 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

Designed for the accurate detection of MNK1 levels in cell lysates, this Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides a sensitive, lysate-free, high-throughput workflow. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format, in which MNK1 is captured by target-specific primary antibodies and detected using HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that catalyze a colorimetric reaction read at 450 nm. The kit is reactive with Human and Mouse samples, has a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells, and is intended for use with adherent cells in a microplate format.

The qualitative Cell-Based format supports measurement of relative MNK1 amounts in cultured cells and screening of treatment effects from siRNA, chemicals, or activators. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalizing target absorbance, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining step is provided for determining cell density and adjusting for plating differences.
