MKK6 (Phospho-Ser207)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit targets MKK6 phosphorylated at Serine 207, enabling qualitative detection of phospho-MKK6 expression in cultured cells. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format in which phospho-specific and target primary antibodies are captured on the plate and detected with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies, producing a colorimetric readout at 450 nm.
