Mitophagy ELISA Sampler Kit

The Assay Genie Mitophagy ELISA Sampler Kit combines nine individual microplate assays that profile established regulators of mitochondrial turnover in parallel, including biomarkers such as PINK1, Parkin, LC3B, and p62/SQSTM1. The bundled 9 x 48 assay format lets a laboratory benchmark multiple candidate analytes against the same donor set without committing to a full-size kit per target.

Typical applications include screening patient cohorts for altered mitophagy flux, validating in vitro knockdown or overexpression models, and comparing disease versus control groups in translational research. The capture antibodies are raised against human epitopes, and the colorimetric endpoint is read on a standard plate reader after loading roughly 50 uL of sample per well. Unopened components should be stored refrigerated, protected from light, and used within the indicated shelf life.
