Microglia Cross Module ELISA Sampler Kit

This Assay Genie sampler kit bundles six individual 48-well ELISA kits, each profiling a distinct functional module of microglial activity in the central nervous system. The panels collectively cover neuroinflammation-associated cytokines, chemokine signaling molecules, complement cascade components involved in synaptic pruning, neurotrophic factors, phagocytosis-related markers, and oxidative stress indicators. By running these six panels side by side against a shared standards lot, researchers can flag cross-module correlations in neurodegenerative disease cohorts, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, and in vitro microglial cell models.

The microplate-based workflow uses a 100 µL sample volume per well and is read on a standard microplate reader. Reagents should be stored at -20 °C and protected from repeated freeze-thaw cycles; thawed components remain stable for short-term handling at 4 °C.
