Met (Phospho-Tyr1349)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

This cell-based ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables detection of Met (Phospho-Tyr1349) phosphorylation in cultured cells using a colorimetric readout measured at 450 nm. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format, with the target captured by phospho-specific primary antibodies and detected via HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that catalyse a colour reaction upon substrate addition.

Validated for human, mouse and rat samples, the kit is suitable for adherent cells and supports measurement of relative Met phosphorylation as well as screening of treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemical compounds) and activators.
