MELK Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA

This high-quality, lysate-free Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA from Assay Genie is designed to measure MELK (Maternal embryonic leucine zipper kinase) protein expression in cultured human cells. Using an indirect ELISA format with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies, the kit enables qualitative determination of MELK levels, supporting research into cell cycle regulation, proliferation, and cancer biology. The assay is suitable for screening the effects of various treatments, inhibitors such as siRNA or chemicals, and activators on MELK.
