MEK (Methionine-Enkephalin) ELISA Kit (UNES00015)

A competitive ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of methionine-enkephalin (MEK) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Reactivity is described as universal, and the assay uses a colorimetric detection method with an approximate run time of 2 h 30 min and a sample volume of 50 µL.

The kit detects MEK across a range of 125-8000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of 75 pg/mL and a stated recovery of 80%-120%.
