MegaCult-C Double Chamber Slides, 16/bx

Produced by STEMCELL Technologies for the enumeration and characterization of hematopoietic progenitor cells, the MegaCult-C Double Chamber Slides provide a collagen matrix for colony-forming unit (CFU) assays. Each box contains 16 chambers, allowing paired cultures to be processed under identical conditions. The collagen substrate supports the growth of erythroid, myeloid, and mixed-lineage colonies from sources such as bone marrow, peripheral blood, and cord blood mononuclear cells. After incubation, colonies are stained in situ for direct microscopic identification and scoring. Researchers apply these slides in studies of hematopoiesis, drug screening, and transplantation research, where each chamber's hydrophobic boundary prevents cross-contamination between replicates.
