MEF2A (Phospho-Ser408)Transcription Factor Activity Assay

The listed sample types are nuclear and cell lysates, with reactivity for human, mouse and rat. MEF2A is a DNA-binding transcription factor involved in muscle development, neuronal differentiation, cell growth control and apoptosis. The manufacturer lists an assay time of “4.5 hours” and a colorimetric detection method at “450 nm”.
