MDM2 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

This colorimetric cell-based ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the reliable detection of MDM2 protein levels in cell lysates and tissue homogenates. The kit targets MDM2, a key regulator of the p53 tumour suppressor pathway that controls cell growth, division, and apoptosis, and shows reactivity with human and mouse samples. Detection uses an indirect ELISA format in which MDM2 is captured by target-specific primary antibodies and visualised via HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that catalyse a colorimetric reaction measured at 450 nm after substrate addition.

The workflow is lysate-free and suited to adherent cell cultures, supporting high-throughput screening of treatments, inhibitors, or activators that may affect MDM2 expression.
